    Yep. Thankfully at least for urban projects, retention ponds are now mostly a requirement to try and moderate the flows somewhat. Still doesn't help with the truly massive storms (or freak conditions within a regular storm).

    They did not help themselves with livery on the mockup car. It's very futuristic looking with the big radii and swooping wings. Should be very interesting to see how different the actual team production cars are from the mockup that F1 has.

    So, if a team were to make a big play against say the Texas and then throw a horns up in the general direction of the Texas team would that still be a penalty? I mean if Texas can throw the horns up after a touchdown why couldn't a team throw the same hand gesture for doing the same thing?:jimlad:
